You poor dear! I didn't know what you were talking about in your email the other day b/c I'm a bad friend and wasn't keeping up with your blog.

5 months later--still have a small knot. Isn't that crazy? Needless to say, I haven't been wearing heels as much. :( But I'll remember your advice, Katherine.
